In House Authentication

Every lot passes through the relevant department head before catalogue. Horology, gemology, and fine art each maintain their own in house bench.

Independent Certification

Every lot above a $100,000 reserve is certified by an accredited third party before it opens. Certificates travel with the piece.

Lifetime Warranty

If provenance is ever disproven, the full hammer and premium are refunded. No time limit. No exceptions.

The Workflow

Six steps from consignment to catalogue.

  1. 01

    Intake

    The consignor submits the piece with any existing documentation, condition notes, and ownership history.

  2. 02

    Specialist Review

    The department head inspects condition, style, and signature. A second opinion is always sought internally.

  3. 03

    Third Party Authentication

    An accredited lab or atelier confirms material composition for timepieces and jewellery, or attribution for fine art.

  4. 04

    Provenance Research

    Title chain is traced back at least three owners, or back to source where the archive permits.

  5. 05

    Condition Report

    A written report with macro photography is published to the lot page. Every flaw is disclosed, nothing is retouched.

  6. 06

    Digital Certificate

    An immutable record is bundled with every acquisition. It is transferable on resale and remains verifiable on this platform in perpetuity.

Deposit and Escrow

A 10% deposit secures every bid.

Before a bid is accepted, a 10% deposit called Ta2meen is held against the bidder's account. After the auction closes, the deposits desk returns the deposit unless the bid wins, in which case it is applied against the final invoice. The mechanism keeps the room serious, the sellers protected, and the platform accountable.
